XIS-6040 Units Will Protect Critical Infrastructure Sites
City of Industry, CA (December 9, 2016) – Astrophysics, Inc. won contracts in three (3) Georgia counties to deliver XIS-6040 units for critical infrastructure security. The units were delivered, installed and are now protecting facility checkpoints in counties across the state.
The XIS-6040 is the workhorse of Astrophysics’ X-ray scanners. Designed with powerful imaging features, including 6-Color and Picture Perfect imaging, these X-ray units help operators find hidden threats and protect valuable people and assets.
In Georgia’s largest county, Fulton, Astrophysics won a bid against 3 other companies to deliver the XIS-6040. Jones, Macob-Bibb and Cobb counties also awarded contracts for XIS-6040s, helping strengthen Astrophysics’ growth in the key southern state.
