Installation Support
Our team can travel to any location in the world to set up and install your Astrophysics XIS System(s).
Service Training
We offer full training support. All attendees will receive a certification upon successful completion of the program, which includes installation capabilities. This service is offered on a monthly basis at our California HQ and can also be offered at the location of your choice.
Maintenance Support
If your business or location does not justify an in-house service technician, or if you prefer to have an Astrophysics factory technician service your system(s), we will provide full maintenance support.
Technical Sales
Upgrades – Should you wish to upgrade your XIS system, we offer a complete line of hardware and software which will help your system meet the latest developments.
Warranties – If you wish to renew your warranty, we offer a comprehensive extended warranty at a very competitive price. This will provide peace of mind and assurance that a factory-certified technician will service your system.
