The XIS-VAN is a PC based system that incorporates latest electronic technology with an enhanced modular design. It utilizes a high speed computer that implements advanced complex algorithms in real-time operation.
Ideal solution for Mobile
The XIS VAN Mobile X-Ray system is a mobile X-Ray vehicle built to include the XIS-100 system from Astrophysics Inc. It includes a diesel power generator that supports all the utilities on board the vehicle, including the X-Ray machine and the air conditioning in the operator’s compartment. The XIS VAN is built into the cargo compartment of a FORD 450E Van. It has opening on both sides of the van, and enough space for operation and maintenance.

Designed to be Networked
The XIS VAN is designed to network with other inspection systems using high speed data transmission via Ethernet. It uses a Windows XP Professional based operating system running a TCP/IP network protocol. Images from XIS VAN can be sent through the a network to a central server where they are viewed, stored, and printed.
