The XIS-1517 is a PC based system that incorporates latest electronic technology with an enhanced modular design. The XIS 1517 utilizes a high speed computer that implements advanced complex algorithms in real-time operation.

The is the ideal solution for screening palette size containers for airport cargo applications. The tunnel opening of 150cm (59.0") wide by 170cm (67") high is designed to scan all airport cargo containers and clearly view them through its high resolution, high penetration display system. The control panel and imaging system of the XIS 1517 are ergonomically designed with operator comfort being an important feature of the system. The operator workstation is designed to be locally or remotely positioned relative to the x-ray machine.

Designed to be Networked
The XIS 1517 is designed to network with other inspection systems using high speed Ethernet TCP/IP data communication. Images from each XIS 1517 can be sent through the network to a central server where they are viewed, stored, and printed.
