The XIS-Trailer™ is a mobile, vehicle-based X-Ray Inspection System (XIS) designed for speed and flexibility. The wide tunnel makes it possible to screen everything from small parcels to heavy baggage, while its steel frame and aluminum walls allow it to operate effectively in harsh weather.
Equipped with dual generators, the XIS-Trailer™ provides operators with side-facing and downward views of scanned objects. These images can be manipulated independently in real-time using Astrophysics state-of-the-art imaging tools, and our colorful, high-contrast filters allow operators to make quick screening decisions. For comfort and convenience, the XIS-Trailer™ features an air-conditioned cabin and exterior lighting allowing for deployment in low light and high temperature environments.
